SHARING THE CARE    provides caregivers with wrap-around support including temporary assistance with practical tasks.A monthly gathering for a meal and peer support. Offered to those providing care for a loved one.

TRANQUIL MOMENTS YOGA   A gentle approach to yoga encouraging awareness, self-acceptance and well-being. Tuesdays @ 10:00am  &  Thursday @ 7:30pm   Yoga also available in Richmond Hill on Mondays @ 2:15pm


MEDITATION   Weekly meditation group explores a variety of techniques including breath work, visualizations, energy body balancing, mantra chanting & more.  Thursdays @ 3:00pm


HEALING HIKE/SERENITY STROLL    An opportunity for conversation and support while walking with others..

1st & 3rd Friday of the month @ 10:00am


ART THERAPY    Explore the power of expression through colour - for healing and self-awareness. No art experience is necessary.  Scheduled throughout the year

There are no fees for Caregiver Support Programs. Donations are always welcome.
